Canada Post Service Disruptions
Although personnel have returned to work, Canada Post is still experiencing delays. Until further notice, we recommend that all patients who have completed their test return their device to the location where it was installed. If this is not possible, patients should inquire with one of our 200 service points to confirm whether they can accept their device.
All devices can also be returned directly to our offices between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM:
